In 1995 Graham Toghill ,MD & owner of GH Newbery Exeter , bought Gorman Metals Ltd in Newton Abbot from his ex-partner and good friend Ricky Gorman. Sadly Graham passed away in March 2001, but he left a business with a very strong foundation. His son Russell took up the reins and after a couple of years was looking to push the business further forward. In 2003 Quarry Breakers at Paignton was purchased. Then in November 2004  E. B. Janes Ltd at Tiverton was also bought.
